Shane Leaning is an experienced organizational coach and educational leader based in Shanghai, working with schools and educational organizations worldwide. He is the co-founder of Work Collaborative, a community dedicated to fostering meaningful change in education, and the host of the chart-topping Global Ed Leaders podcast.

As the former Regional Head of Teacher Development for Nord Anglia Education’s China bilingual schools, Shane oversaw professional development across 11 schools. He holds an Executive Master’s in International Education from King’s College London and is a certified organizational development coach.
